IPPL offers the opportunity to interested applicants for setting up ALDS dealerships as per international standards and conforming to all requirements of the statutory authorities. Our ALDS offers the best of the class in service levels and quality LPG. To become a part of the fast-expanding network of IPPL, please note the following:
The location of the site would be the key determining factor for setting up of Auto LPG Dispensing Station.
The site for the proposed ALDS should ideally be 8,000 sq. ft (80×100), i.e. frontage/width of 80 feet and depth of 100 feet.
The land offered can be owned or leaseholder with the provision of sub-lease.
The applicant may be of any sex, caste, or creed and citizen of India.
The applicant should be qualified with minimum graduation in any field, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost Accountant, Diploma Engineering.
Should have an enterprising attitude – to be assessed by the committee.
The applicant should be financially sound to make an initial investment (CAPEX) and organize working capital of Rs. 40 Lacs cash balance in any form (in savings a/c, deposits, NSC, Bonds, Mutual Funds, etc. on the date of application by the dealer and furnish interest-free Security Deposit of Rs. 10 Lacs to IPPL.
Should be aged between 21 years to 65 years on the date of appointment.
The dealership selection shall be based on the following order of priority :
In the event, the landowner (whether with title deed or leaseholder) is desirous to become a dealer and meet all the above criteria required of a dealer.
Marketing Associates and existing dealers.
Any individual who meets the minimum parameters required of a dealer and solicits directly with the company after identification of land and making the landowner agree to lease the land for setting up an ALDS by IPPL.
Non-individual entity applicant (means Govt. bodies, agencies, Societies registered under Society Registration Act 1860 / Societies registered under Co-operative Societies Act, 1912 or Cooperative Societies Act as enacted by concerned States, Charitable Trusts registered with Charity Commissioner of respective State Govt., Companies formed under the Companies Act, 1956 / 2013 shall also be applicable for grant of a dealership.
Filled-up application to be sent to the address of the Corporate Office along with the photocopies of the land documents.
The site visit will be done by the sales personnel of IPPL along with the technical team for ascertaining the eligibility criteria and for technical evaluation of the proposed site.
The shortlisted applicant should appear before the selection panel at Corporate Office for evaluation.
Selected applicants will be issued with a Letter of Intent for a new dealership subject to fulfilling all the requirements of the company.
